Gyp-Crete is still the best choice for fire and sound control in multifamily construction. The original, it has stood the test of time since 1972.
Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K, engineered to reach compressive strengths of 2000-3200 psi, is ideal for use over wood or concrete subfloors in single-family, light commercial, multifamily or renovation construction. Now also available in a 'green' formulation; GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified.
Dura-Cap is formulated to cap rough, pitted, cracked and out of level concrete or also used to top steel decking. In renovation it can be poured directly over old tile and adhesive residue. Now also available in a 'green' formulation; GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.
Therma-Floor is designed to pour over hot water tubes or electric cable in radiant floor heat systems. It acts as a thermal mass by encasing the tubes or cables in crack resistant, non-combustible gypsum. Now also available in a 'green' formulation; GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified.
Commercial Topping is poured from a featheredge to 3" in depth to provide the ultimate strength in floor underlayment. It can achieve compressive strengths up to 4000-4500 psi, and will provide a smooth finish over concrete, precast, wood frame, old cracked lightweight, or steel decking. Now also available in a 'green' formulation; GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.
Acousti-Mat LP or LPR The Thinner, Faster Way to Quieter Floors. Today's popular floor coverings such as tile and hardwood floors often present sound control challenges. Acousti-Mat LP or LPR provides quality sound control with easy installation. With proven sound test results, Acousti-Mat LP or LPR can help achieve higher IIC ratings in your projects.
Acousti-Mat LP or LPR can be installed directly on the concrete or wood subfloor, or on top of a Maxxon Underlayment in concrete, wood, or steel frame construction for additional sound control or where floor flatness is a concern. Floor goods can be installed directly on top of the Acousti-Mat LP or LPR.
Acousti-Mat II The Industry Standard. Acousti-Mat II is a breakthrough in sound control, putting an end to noise complaints even where hard surfaces such as ceramic tile and wood floors are used. Coupled with a Maxxon underlayment product the Acousti-Mat II sound control system can cut airborne and impact sound transmission in half.
Enkasonic The Original Sound Control Mat. Enkasonic creates sound-rated floors with the high IIC and STC level required by ICBO, UBC and FHA for luxury developments. It is a durable and proven solution - the only mat that has been tested after 10 years of use. Acousti-Mat 3 For Super Sound Control. Acousti-Mat 3 provides the ultimate solution for sound control challenges that have been impossible to control until now. In open beam or concrete slab construction, Acousti-Mat 3 gives you the sound ratings you need.

Wear Surfaces and Toppings
Maxxon DPM (Damp Proof Membrane) is a unique 2-part epoxy based product which prevents the passage of water vapor and moisture through slabs or walls on or below grade. It provides a water vapor barrier for the installation of most floor coverings including VCT, sheet vinyl, carpets, wood, laminates, epoxy, terrazo and synthetic.
WearTop Level-Right Wear Top is a self-leveling portland cement based topping for resurfacing concrete floors. This high strength product is fast to install and will accept foot traffic within two hours.
Self-Leveling Underlayments
Level-Right, Level-Right Plus, and Level-Right FS-10 are portland cement based self-leveling underlayments that can go on quickly in depths from 0 - 3". They will provide a temporary wear surface in as little as two to four hours after application to keep your project going ahead. Level-Right is a "green" building material and is GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.
