formulated to give you a smooth surface, ready for finished floor goods
Gyp-Crete is still the best choice for fire and sound control in multifamily construction. The original, it has stood the test of time since 1972.
Gyp-Crete 2000 3.2K, engineered to reach compressive strengths of 2000-3200 psi, is ideal for use over wood or concrete subfloors in single-family, light commercial, multi-family or renovation construction.
Dura-Cap is formulated to cap rough, pitted, cracked and out of level concrete. In renovation it can be poured directly over old tile and adhesive residue.
Therma-Floor is designed to pour over hot water tubes or electric cable in radiant floor heat systems. It acts as a thermal mass by encasing the tubes or cables in crack resistant, non-combustible gypsum.
Commercial Topping is poured from a feather-edge to 3" in depth to provide the ultimate strength in floor underlayment. It can achieve compressive strengths up to 4000-4500 psi, and will provide a smooth finish over concrete, precast, wood frame, and old cracked lightweight.
Acousti-Mat CLP is the low profile permanent sound control solution for concrete. Achieving a Delta IIC of 19, it provides approximately 75% reduction in impact noise on concrete floor systems
Acousti-Mat II is a breakthrough in sound control, putting an end to noise complaints even where hard surfaces such as ceramic tile and wood floors are used. Coupled with a Maxxon underlayment product the Acousti-Mat II sound control system can cut airborne and impact sound transmission in half.
Acousti-Mat 3 provides the ultimate solution for severe sound control challenges. In open beam or concrete slab construction, new Acousti-Mat 3 gives you the sound ratings you need.
Wear Surfaces and Toppings
Maxxon DPM (damp proof membrane) is a unique 2-part epoxy based product which prevents the passage of water vapor and moisture through slabs or walls on or below grade. It provides a water vapor barrier for the installation of most floor coverings including VCT, sheet vinyl, carpets, wood, laminates, epoxy, terrazo and synthetic.
Wear Top Level-Right Wear Top is a self-leveling portland cement based topping for resurfacing concrete floors. This high strength product is fast to install and will accept foot traffic within two hours.
Portland Self-Leveling Underlayments
Level-Right, Level-Right Plus, and Level-Right FS-10 are portland based self-leveling underlayments that can go on quickly in depths from 0 - 3". They will provide a temporary wear surface in as little as two to four hours after application to keep your project going ahead.
